There is currently no fee for a personal shopping visit with appointment during shop hours. A private appointment has a $200 fee for a 2 hour appointment.

To book a personal or private appointment please visit our "book an appointment" page listed under the "personal shopping" menu. There you will see the option to book your prefered visit. Once your type of visit is chosen, a calander of available appointment dates/times will appear.

Addionally, if you have questions regarding the type of service you would like to book please reach out prior to booking. Visit the "ask the stylist" page to communicate directly with our in-house stylist.

A personal shopping appointment is during shop hours. You will receive one-on-one attention with no interuptions. The stylist has been booked especially for you which is why an appoitment is needed. Each personal shopping appointment is for 30 min - 1 hour depending on time needed.

A private shopping appointment is during non-store hours. We will open the shop especially for you!! You may choose to shop with the sytlist one-on-one or bring a group of friends (up to 4 people total) for a shopping night together. There is a flat $200 charge. Private shopping is a two hour appointment.

***Both private and personal shopping appointments include complimentary bottled water and processo.

Things come up, so in the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment please just let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can notify our stylist. Any private appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours will be charged a fee.

Private Shopping Fees: 

If the appointment is canceled or changed within the 24 hour window you will be charged $100 for your cancelation/re-booking. Since you are pre-paying for this service $100 will be refunded of your $200 charge. The remaining $100 is non-refundable. 

Once an appointment time has started there is no refund or changes that can be made to your time. If you no-show the entire $200 fee is charged and non-refundable. Bookings start at the time you have selected. If you are late to an appointment it will not be extended beyond booking time.
